Welcome to the Playlist Festival area of the website. Playlist kicked off in 2010 with a bang showcasing the finest musicians that Derry/Londonderry is currently producing. Located at Unit 7 studios in Springtown, Derry, crowds witnessed 12 hours of non stop music, 2 stages, 26 local acts and 10 DJ’s.
The Festival was setup to give local acts a platform to showcase their talents at a full scale festival production. We also offer places for local music technology students to get involved and receive on the job training and experience with FOH mixing, stage management, monitor engineering, backstage, lighting design, rigging and the dreaded packdown.
